Cancellation policy: A refund of the deposit less $50 administration fee will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season or 14 days notice other times.

One bedroom apartments: Will be a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment locked off to a 1 bedroom apartment facility. One bedroom &
one bedroom deluxe reservations must not be booked into the 3 Bedroom Superior apartments.
